capturing beaufort

I recently traveled to historic Beaufort, SC to do some exploring with the boy. I love the small town charm of this place. It isn't super commercial like Hilton Head, but still has plenty of things to see and do- walking along the battery, lunching at Plum's, feasting on an ice cream cone at the soda shoppe, wine tasting at Lowcountry Wines, and a strolling through the historic hoods. Below are some photos I captured of the haint blue porch tops. I particularly love this first photo and the detail of the trim.
